I drove five hours to run a marathon only to discover that as I unpacked in my hotel room the night before I had forgotten my running shoes. Thankfully a sporting good store was nearby, not the best way to break in new shoes though, had to wonder if this has ever happend to anybody else?

Thu, August 2, 2007 - 4:02 AMNot the best. A lot of numbness in areas that I kept trying to deal with while running, moving toes, flexing foot. Still a little tingling but getting better and nothing hampering my running. They reccomend breaking shoes before and event for good reason!
